LAHORE After giving rainfall in the coastal areas of Balochistan, the westerly wave is likely to cause light rain in parts of the province including the City on Wednesday night, the meteorological experts say. The prevailing rain giving system is likely to affect parts of the country during the next couple of days, which means more rains, though of light to moderate intensity. Scattered rain is expected over south Balochistan and upper Punjab while isolated rain may occur over upper Khyber PK. Rain with snowfall is also expected over Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. According to the experts, a trough of westerly wave lies over upper parts of the country. On Tuesday, maximum and minimum temperature in the City was recorded 21 degree Celsius and 1.8 C respectively. Relative humidity in the morning was recorded 85 percent which decreased to 41 percent in the evening. On Tuesday, Gawadar received 13 mm rain, Jiwani 06 mm, Ormara 01 mm while Panjgur received traces of rain.
