LAHORE – Director General NAB Punjab Khurshid Anwar on Friday said that action will be taken without any discrimination, if any politician's involvement in corruption proved. He expressed these views while addressing a ceremony held in connection with distribution of checks among affectees of Rouf International Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. (Forex Scam Case). Talking to media after ceremony Punjab NAB chief said National Accountability Bureau is trying its best to eradicate corruption, however, there is no evidence against any politician so far. If found any, action will be taken without any discrimination, he said.
He said complete record of Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS) project has also been sought and hoped that Punjab government will cooperate with NAB in this regard.
Director General NAB Punjab, Khurshid Anwar Bhindar distributed Rs. 130 million among 3211 affectees at NAB Complex, Thokar Niaz Baig, Multan Road, Lahore.
