The historic Balahisar fort in Peshawar was opened for tourists on Saturday.
A spokesman of Frontier Corp Khyber Pakhtunkhwa told our Peshawar correspondent that the fort will also remain open Sunday.
Tourists both from home and abroad are allowed to visit the fort every Saturday and Sunday with prior permission from relevant authorities.
