ISLAMABAD - After being heavily implicated in the Steel Mills scandal, Riaz Lalljee has tried to woo Athar Minallah a well-known legal expert. When contacted by TheNation, Minallah said that he has provided legal advice to Lalljee, a close associate of President Asif Ali Zardari.
