Riyadh- Riyadh ranked 46th in the list of the world's 50 safest cities for 2015, with Tokyo topping the list.

The Economist magazine in its evaluation of the 50 safest cities used four indicators, including the quality of digital security in the city and rate of identity theft. Riyadh received 60.26 percent for traditional safety measures, such as police intervention and the number of crime victims.

New York and Los Angeles ranked first in digital security, while Zurich topped the list in health and infrastructure safety.
