LAHORE  - Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) yesterday condemned Indian army’s brutalities in occupied Kashmir and urged the United Nations Organization (UNO) to play its due role for their rights and freedom.

Addressing a press conference at GPO Chowk near to the gate of the LHC building, LHCBA president said that India was committing genocide of Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir but it was surprising that no international human rights organization raised voice for them. The office bearers of the bar requested the government authorities to direct the ambassadors in different countries to raise the voice of occupied Kashmir across the globe.

The bar said that they would go to UNO office in Islamabad and would present memory to it to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir held by India.

Peace cannot be established unless it is established in occupied Kashmir, they said.
