QUETTA - Thousands of litres fuels were destroyed when unidentified people attacked two tankers carrying fuel for Nato forces stationed in Afghanistan on Tuesday in Machh, some 60 KM away from Quetta. Official sources said that the tankers were heading towards Kandahar from Karachi and were passing from Machh area of Bolan when unidentified armed men opened indiscriminate fire on them. Resultantly, thousands of litres fuel spilled on the ground were wasted. However, no loss of life was reported in the attack. Perpetrators escaped from the scene shortly after opening the fire. Local law-enforcement agencies rushed to the site after being informed and cordoned off the area.
