ISLAMABAD - Rawalpindi earned three points against Attock on basis of the first innings lead as Rawalpindi scored 85 for the loss of five wickets in 31 overs in their second innings at the close of play in the Regional Inter-district U-19 Two-day Tournament match here at Marghazar cricket ground on Friday. Earlier, Attock resumed their first innings at the overnight score of three for the loss of one wicket in 1.4 overs and were bowled out for 225 in 65.4 overs, thus conceding 36-run first innings lead but it was enough to give Pindi three precious points. Mohsin Shahzad scored 58 runs hitting eight fours while Usama Azhar added 53 with five fours and one six. Raheem Ullah was pick of the Pindi bowlers with 4-35 while Awais Iqbal took 3-46 and Haris Nazir 2-38. –Staff Reporter
