KAHUTA- Eight people lost their lives and four others were in critical condition after consuming spurious liquor today.
According to our sources, 12 people who had come to participate in an Urs at Gathra Darbar, consumed toxic liquor. Their condition deteriorated after drinking and they were shifted to a nearby hospital, where eight died, while other four are still in critical condition according to the police.
Six of the deceased belonged to Nara Matore area of Kahuta while two were from Kalar Syedan.

The deceased were identified as Asif, Ayaz, Naseem, Tasleem, Sheraz, Kamran, Gul Siraj and Waseem.
