LAHORE Garhi Shahu investigation police claimed to have solved a blind murder case here on Monday when they arrested a notorious robber from the Main Road who later confessed his involvement in a murder case. The accused was identified as Imran alias Nanha, son of Maskeen Ali, resident of Lala Book Depot in Mustafaabad, Dharampura. Police investigators said that the accused had poisoned to death an unidentified man in July 2008 in Lorry Adda police limits. Following special directives of Civil Lines SP Investigation, Garhi Shahu in-charge investigation SI Abdul Hameed arrested the accused while he was fleeing from the crime spot after robbing a rickshaw.
