KAMOKE - PTI candidate for NA-99 Rana Sajid Shoukat has claimed that the six promises made by PTI Chief Imran Khan with the masses at Minar-i-Pakistan will go a long way in flourishing the politics of principles and development of the country.
He said that 65 years ago a resolution was passed at Minar-i-Pakistan and on the same day a new Pakistan resolution passed under the leadership of Imran Khan.
Talking to The Nation here the other day, the PTI leader said that his party did not need to make alliances as it was the harbinger of change which had already set in in the country.
He pointed out that the country could not be saved from disaster without holding transparent elections. “People should not vote for the corrupt leaders who looted the country mercilessly and pushed it into the quagmire of worst crises,” he stressed, adding that both the PPP and Nawaz-League were in league as both shared common interest.
Rana Sajid hoped the momentum set in motion at Minar-i-Pakistan would push forward “what he calls” political “tsunami” and help his party win a majority of NA seats in the general elections.
PTI Tehsil President Rana Naeem and Information Secretary Malik Irfan were also present on the occasion.
