Islamabad - The Capital Development Authority (CDA) board has approved auctioning of 50 residential and commercial plots in different sectors to shore up finance for the cash-starved civic agency.
Sources said that at a meeting held under The Capital Development Authority Chairman Maroof Afzal, the CDA Board approved auction of plots 33 residential and 17 commercial plots in different sectors including G-7, G-6, G-9 to generate the much needed revenue for the civic agency.
The Capital Development Authority board also approved changes to the layout plan of Sector I-11 and I-12 after evaluating a summary presented by the officials.
The source said that the said plots would soon be put on auction for the public.
