LAHORE - Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Syed Munawar Hasan has said that the federal capital is practically under the US control and there is none to take notice of that as the present rulers are the US slaves like Pervez Musharraf. Addressing the Friday congregation at Mansoora mosque, he said additional seventy houses had been acquired for the US Marines in Islamabad. The national press had published the addresses of 35 of these houses but the government seemed to be asleep. He said the secret agencies were serving the US agenda. He said the Interior Minister Rehman Malik had been denying the presence of the US army in the country so far but he was silent now. The JI chief said the Youm-e-Takbeer was a moment of great happiness as the nation achieved nuclear status on this historic day to the chagrin of the enemy. However he said, this day should have been celebrated at official level. He said the so-called Inter faith dialogue was a farce. He said there was complete ban on discussion on certain issues such as Zionists holocaust and the so-called freedom of expression was being used only to hurt the Muslims feelings. He said although the Muslim rulers were maintaining criminally silence on the issue of blasphemy, the Muslim masses were fully awake and would not tolerate such activities.
