ROBERT Pattinson has admitted that he is tired of playing Edward Cullen in Twilight.

The Hollywood actor’s comments coincide with the unveiling of new posters for the final movie in the franchise, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2.”Playing the same part for a while, you just run out of ideas,” he told ShortList. “You feel kind of useless, you don’t know what to do anymore.

“I’m not trying to get away from it. You’re screwing yourself, you’re saying you think your work is s**t if you try and get away from it.”

The 26-year-old reiterated: “And I never thought it was [s**t]. But I kind of got to the end of my inspiration.

“You get to the point where you’re like, ‘I don’t want to do a film for a teen audience anymore’.” Pattinson, who stars alongside Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, has previously said his time in the teen vampire films has “opened doors” to new projects.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 opens in theatres worldwide on November 16.

Similarly, Kristen Stewart feels “vulnerable” after shooting to fame in The Twilight Saga.

The Spooks actor - who plays Finn, brother of Charlize Theron’s Evil Queen - said that though Stewart (Snow White) feels “incredibly grateful” for the supernatural franchise, it has placed a huge amount of pressure on her.  Asked by Digital Spy what Theron and Stewart were like to work with, Spruell replied: “Charlize is an absolute powerhouse. Kristen is a quieter soul, but both are great to work with.                          –DS
