Moderation and sense

Nawaz Sharif is the only premier from Pakistan who has attended a swearing-in ceremony of an Indian prime minister. This is a good-will gesture between Islamabad and New Delhi. The current leadership of both countries have two-thirds of the representation in their respective lower houses of the parliament. The Pakistan premier’s visit to India opens new facets of amicable dialogue between the two right-wing leaders, because both chanted slogans of reviving the economy of their countries. Pakistan needs a friendly India, and both countries should open doors to trade, tourism and cricket for each other. Nawaz Sharif has always wanted good ties with India. Let’s see if this hard liner Indian and hate monger takes a U-turn towards moderation.
