As Islamabad is considered as the second most beautiful capital of the world and indeed it deserves the title for having very beautiful natural sites and the aristocratic society also has contributed to raise the capital’s standard. But nobody can deny the eye opening disparity in the capital as well. It is most likely seen that the beautiful areas such as Jinnah super, super market and melody are all surrounded by the poor kids hardly aged 10-12 selling flowers and polishing shoes with the craving eyes over so many little things to get. Some of them are found handicapped as well. It is observed quite often that the “sophisticated society” while obeying the traffic signals face these necessitous kids insisting them to buy a flower or some toy but instead to placate them some people disparage them as they consider them as a source of annoyance.
