PTI led government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is claiming that it has given up VIP culture but we see that even the Deputy Commissioners have been raised to the status of erstwhile Viceroy of the British India through VIP protocol. The cavalcade of Deputy commissioners now consists of 4 security vehicles loaded with heavy security personnel equipped with modern weapons. I wonder who gave up VIP culture and where?
