Maryan Nawaz during addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Tuesday has said that" I have been dragged into courts just to pressurise my father Nawaz Sharif".
While speaking at the press conference Maryam told that her statement was recorded before the court and she answered 127 questions.
"I was not mention anywhere in the SC verdict but JIT included me in the case, all this belongs to a mindset that aimed to teach a lesson to Nawaz Sharif", she added.
PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz stated that in the 70 years history of Pakistan, no mother and daughter had attended so much court hearings.
"I do not hold any government office nor never been involved in any kind of corruption, my only fault is that I am the daughter of Nawaz Sharif and standing by him in every situation, she further added.
Maryam Nawaz said that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif made the defence of the country impregnable and laid the network of highways in the country.
She said that Nawaz Sharif invited billion dollars project of China Pakistan Economic Corridor Project to change the fate of the country.
Maryam Nawaz said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif steered the country out of the darkness of load shedding and created employment opportunities. Nawaz Sharif included FATA in the national circle, conducted census after 19 years, eliminated load-shedding and terrorism.
"We have presented our case in the court of Allah where no JIT and Whatsapp call is present. I am the daughter of Nawaz Sharif and ready to face any circumstances, she concluded.
