ISLAMABAD- Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJ) Justice Nasir-ul-Malik, constituted a three-member bench for the hearing of suo moto notice of Kot Radha Kishen case today.
Registrar Office of Supreme Court (SC) has fixed the case hearing on December 16, whereas the hearing would be carried out by three-member bench presided by CJ. District police had already submitted the report of Kot Radha Kishen incident in the SC.
It was mentioned in the report that both Sajjad Masih and Saima Masih were thrown into the burning brick kiln in the presence of police. FIR was filed against 53 suspects, 39 of them are on judicial remand whereas physical remand of other four accused have been taken from the Anti-terrorism Court (ATC).
According to report, Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has been formed to probe the incident. Moreover, police are trying hard to detain the rest of suspects of the incident.
