LAHORE Suspended Pakistan captain Salman Butt says he is pretty sure hell be cleared of spot-fixing allegations. Butt will appear before the International Cricket Councils code of conduct commission in Dubai this weekend to answer the spot-fixing charges. The ICC suspended Butt, Mohammad Aamer and Mohammad Asif in September after British tabloid 'News of the World accused them of accepting money from Mazhar Majeed for bowling predetermined no-balls against England during the Lords Test. Butt said that Majeed was looking after his promotional work and there was no clause in the PCBs code of conduct that players should inform it about their agents.
