rawalpindi - With a male-trouser wrapped around neck and body bearing torture marks, a 22-year-old nomad girl was found dead in the limits of Police Station Airport, police informed police on Saturday.

Police said the girl’s dead body was found packed in a gunny bag dumped in a seasonal nullah flowing in a private housing society. The deceased was identified as Samina Bibi, hails from Rehmatabad.

The body was moved to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital for post-mortem.

Earlier, the dead bodies of a male and female were also found by police packed in a carpet and sack in Wakeel Colony and Rehmatabad.

City Police Officer (CPO) Israr Ahmed Khan Abbasi has formed a special committee to unveil hands behind the murders of two females and a male.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Potohar Division Syed Ali, when contacted, confirmed that the dead body of a 22-year-old nomad girl was found packed in a sack in Airport area. He said girl was identified as Samina Bibi, who according to a report, left her house on October 25 but could not return. He said Amanat, brother of the girl, told police that Samina along with her mother was begging and selling pencils.  “My sister did not return and I have lodged a report with police about her missing,” SP quoted Amanat as saying.
