LAHORE - The portraits of Pakistan and Sri Lankan cricket teams’ players have been installed in the premises of the Gaddafi Stadium and at most of the roads leading from hotel to the stadium.
The pictures of the players along with their names give the opportunity to the pedestrians and the motorists to have a look of the national heroes of both the countries. “It is a very good e practice for the cricket lovers as well as general public and it helps to know the names of the players ,specially getting familiar with the Lankan players,” said Dr Saadoon Ali, die hard lover of cricket on Saturday.
The entire route on which the foreign and Pakistan teams will be travelling , right from airport to hotel and then to the historic Gaddafi Stadium wears a bridal look as it has been decorated tastefully and cleaned to the maximum level.
