Security officials engaged in operations at Darra Adam Khel have said that the onslaught against miscreants in the area has virtually come to an end, and that the control of the area would soon be handed over to the political administration. Speaking to journalists at a briefing, officials said huge quantity of arms and ammunitions, including Machine Guns and Repeater, was recovered during the 12-day operation. They said 2000 Kg of explosives was recovered from miscreants apprehended in the operation. On the other hand, sources said security forces were patrolling the area of Spina Police Station in Darra Adam Khel, fortified by APC and Tanks.
