ISLAMABAD (NNI)- On the occasion of 60th Founding Anniversary of China, a traditional Chinese Art and Cultural Show was held at Pakistan Air Force Base, Chaklala on Monday, the PAF said. Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman, Chief of Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force was the Chief Guest on the occasion. His Excellency Mr Lou Zhaohui, Ambassador of Peoples Republic of China was also present at the event. Speaking on the occasion both Air Chief and Chinese Ambassador hailed the long-standing friendship between Pakistan and China and acknowledged its time tested value in all odds during the last six decades. Pakistan enjoys ever growing cordial relations with China which has translated into tangible gains for both the countries. He said Pakistan Air Force has deep-rooted relationship with Chinese aviation industry and Peoples Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF). JF-17 Thunder and other Chinese aircraft included in PAFs inventory are the finest examples of the everlasting Sino-Pak cooperation. The traditional performances presented by one of the Chinese renowned cultural Troupe and young students of Fazaia Inter College Chaklala enthralled the audience. This cultural show was organized by Chinese Embassy in Islamabad with the collaboration of PAF Base Chaklala.
