PESHAWAR - The Punjab government has sought help of the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA administration for the arrest of the main accused Babar Sindhu in the alleged assassination plot of Chief Justice Lahore High Court Khwaja Sharif. An official letter sent to the KP provincial government and FATA secretariat by Punjab Interior Ministry has sought operation in the province for the arrest of Sindhu who is accused of plotting to kill Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Khwaja Mohammad Sharif. A special team of CIA Lahore is also arriving in Peshawar to assist the search operation for arrest of the accused. The team led by the SP CIA in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies will carry out operation in the province as well as FATA. So far, eight persons have been arrested in the case, however, for arresting the key accused in the case, Punjab government has contacted officials of other provinces especially Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The KP government has directed its law enforcement agencies for prompt action for arrest of Baber Sindhu and assured full cooperation to the Punjab government. Farzana Shah
