PM to inaugurate different projects in Miranshah

Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi will visit Miranshah today to inaugurate different projects, reported by Radio Pakistan.

As per details, PM Abbasi will also address a jirga in Miranshah during the visit.

On Saturday, Shahid Khaqan Abbassi inaugurate gas project processing facility at Kunnar oil and gas field in Tando Jam.

Information minister Marriyum Aurangzeb and Sindh Governor Mohammad Zubair were also present on the occasion.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, the Prime Minister said Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Government accomplished what successive government failed to deliver.

He said despite challenges the government is completing its term, realised its targets and put Pakistan on road to progress.

The prime minister said that all the credit goes to PML-N to take concrete measures for utilisation of Thar coal and Riko Diko gold and copper deposits besides exploiting hydropower potential of KPK and Azad Kashmir.

He also said the present government presented its six budgets, which is the best one in the history of the country.

It is people-friendly budget aimed at resolution of the fundamental problems of the country.

He said besides relief to different segments of the society, tax burden has been halved by bringing the maximum tax from 35% to just 15%.

He is also expected to formally inaugurate the new Islamabad International Airport this week which will start working from tomorrow.
