LAHORE - Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly Ch Zaheer-ud-Din has blamed PML-N members Khawaja Hassan and Pervaiz Malik for making millions of rupees in the purchase of tents for the flood affectees. He made these allegations during a meeting of PML-Q held to review the pace of relief activities of the party for the disaster-hit people on Sunday. He alleged that two close aides of Punjab CM namely Kh Hassan and Pervaiz Malik had purchased tents for the flood victims on higher prices as compared to the market rates, while the Opposition had evidence in this regard. Ch Zaheer alleged that the stated leaders of PML-N were managing orders for the purchase of the tents to their blue-eyed manufacturers, as both of them receive huge amounts in the shape of commissions. Medical team The fourth medical team of doctors and para-medical staff along with adequate supply of medicines and an ambulance from Lahore General Hospital have been sent to Rajanpur to take part in relief activities. The medical team was seen off by Medical Superintendent of the Hospital, Dr Salahuddin Khan. The team will stay in Rajanpur for 10 days.
