KARACHI - Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has expressed his deep sorrow on the killing of MQM PIB Sector Unit 56 worker Muhammad Mujahid.

He paid tributes to the deceased worker for his services to the party and said that the killers would not be able to escape divine punishment. He condoled with the grieving family members and asked them to bear the loss with patience and perseverance.

He assured them that their pain was shared by him and each worker of the MQM. He also prayed Allah to shower his blessings on the soul of Muhammad Mujahid.

Meanwhile, the Co-ordination Committee of the MQM strongly condemned the brutal murder of Muhammad Mujahid and termed it a part of the nefarious conspiracy to undermine the law and order situation in Karachi. “Bloodthirsty terrorists are working on a well-planned conspiracy to sabotage peace in Karachi in order to destabilise Pakistan.”

“It seems that the law and order ceases to exist in the city and innocent citizens have been left at the mercy of hardened criminals and terrorists which is highly condemnable.”

The Co-ordination Committee sympathised with the bereaved family and prayed for the divine blessings of the departed soul. It also demanded arrest of the culprits involved and bring the killers to justice.
