KARACHI  - The police arrested 29 accused during the past 24 hours. A police statement on Wednesday said that those arrested included one absconder. It said that there were six encounters with the police in which three alleged dacoits were killed. Three gangs of alleged criminals were also busted during the period. In all, 25 pistols, two SMGs and one repeater recovered from the possession of the accused.
