A Brooklyn Court of US has sent summons for our ISI Chief, Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha; his predecessor Nadeem Taj and Hafiz Saeed (LeT) to appear in a case of attack on Bombay. Our PM has said that they will not be sent. He spoke in the parliament that if they do not want to appear before the court, then no one can force them. Some comments were readily raised that our highest leadership should have instantaneously rejected that the sovereignty of the country does not permit us to send the top head of our most valuable institution. The facts are that India has no threat from Pakistan, but it is scared of the ghost of terrorism. India is not cut to face unknown enemy. BRIG A.Q ANJUM (RETD), Rawalpindi, December 29.
