QUETTA - Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Balochistan and Baloch Doctors Association (BDA) have announced 3-day mourning and strike in government-run hospitals over the killing of police surgeon Dr. Baqir Shah, who was shot dead at Sabazal Road of Quetta on Thursday.

In separate statements, PMA and BDA have strongly condemned the murder of Dr. Baqir Shah and demanded of the government for immediate arrest of culprits. They said through a conspiracy doctors were being targeted in the province.

They announced a 3-day mourning and complete strike in all govt hospitals across the province and warned if the killers were not arrested PMA and BDA would come up with massive protests.
