KARACHI - Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Sardar Yaqoob Saturday said Pakistan is willing to discuss Kashmir issue but India seems reluctant.

Talking to media here, Sardar Yaqoob said Kashmir issue should be resolved according to aspirations of its people. Giving his view on Karachi situation, Sardar Yaqoob remarked that stable Karachi means stable Pakistan. He said the city played a prominent role in country’s economic progress.

Polling held for annual elections of Karachi Press Club: The polling was held on Saturday for the annual elections of the Karachi Press Club (KPC).

The polling which started at nine am continued till five pm without any break. There were two panels in the run- the Green Panel headed by GM Jamali and The Democrats led by Muhammad Imtiaz Khan Faran.More than 900 out of 1200 members exercised their right of vote.

The result was expected later in the night.
