The visit of Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan will strength bilateral relation, trade and investment and will go a long way in strengthening national economy.
In a statement issued here, All Pakistan Textile Processing Mills Association (APTPMA) Central Chairman Sheikh Muhammad Ayub stated that Turkey was a brotherly neighbour country of Pakistan which had emerged as a strong economic power. The tecent visit of Turkish PM along with businessmen and traders will open new doors of trade and investment in both the countries and especially in view of recent agreements of trade & investment, new avenues of development will open in our country.
PM Nawaz Sharif has invited Turkish businessmen to investment in the fields of energy, textile, telecommunication, transportation, tourism and other sectors and has insisted Turkish businessmen to explore the possibility of investment in the energy sector in Pakistan," he pointed out.
He expressed his hope that as result of this visit positive signs would appear on industry and economy of Pakistan. He said that implementation on agreements in energy and textile sectors would help to keep the wheel of industry, especially the textile industry running, resulting in increase exports of value-added textile products, valuable forex and economy and reduce the joblessness in Pakistan.
The APTPMA chairman said that due to trade and industry friendly policy, special attention of PM Nawaz Sharif, the country was heading towards development and prosperity.
