Rawalpindi: The Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Rawalpindi Yousaf Ali Shahid has approved grand operation against one wheeler motorists on the eve of new year night.

CTO has constituted a special squad to check the one wheeling and car scatting on all major roads of district Rawalpindi. The squad would take severe action against them adding that youngsters showing different tricks on their motorbikes would be dealt with iron hands.

“Special barricades have been installed on important roads of the city and FIR would be lodged against violators and arrested them”, he added and maintained that special instructions have been issued to the special squad and field officers.

CTO has appealed the parents not to allow their children to take away motorbike outside the house during the new year night.
