A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry on Monday heard the case of the eleven missing prisoners of the Adiyala Jail.
The prisoners were convicted for attacking army installations including the GHQ.
During proceedings the counsel for the army and intelligence agencies, Raja Arshad informed the court that four of the eleven prisoners were dead.
Justice Khilji Arif remarked that four accused prisoners were thrown at road after killing them.
Chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry remarked that the law is superior and Prime Minister of Pakistan had also appeared before the court.
The Supreme Court has ordered that the remaining seven prisoners should be presented before the court on February 9 and those prisoners who are receiving medical treatment be allowed to meet their families. The court adjourned the hearing till February 9
