Islamabad - The Capital Administration & Development Division (CA&DD) yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sabaq Foundation Trust for blended education through video lectures in schools and colleges of the capital.

Addressing the ceremony of signing MoU, Minister of State for CA&DD Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhary said that introduction of blended education through video lectures in schools and colleges will increase the quality and ultimately the learning outcome. He said that in this age of information technology and communications, access to information through technology is essential for every student. Sabaq Foundation’s video lectures programme is a very good step to facilitating students, he continued. The minister hoped that introduction of such videos in Islamabad schools and colleges will help teachers prepare their lesson plans in a better manner. The minister appreciated the innovative ideas of Sabaq Foundation.

The MoU for provision of video lectures to schools and colleges of the Federal Directorate of Education was signed between DG Federal Directorate of Education, Dr Moin Uddin Wani and Iqbal Mustafa Khan, Chairman Sabaq Foundation Trust. The minister for CA&DD witnessed the signing MOU and exchange of documents.
