SIALKOT-Two unidentified armed motorcyclists shot at and injured a police constable identified Salman Ghani near Chungi No-8 locality of Daska city late the other night. Police said that a police patrolling party spotted two accused quarrelling with a police constable. In Meanwhile, the accused fired gunshots, critically injuring the cop and fled the scene under cover of darkness, leaving behind their motorcycle.
Motive behind the incident could not be ascertained yet. The injured constable was shifted to Daska Civil Hospital in critical condition. The Daska City Police have registered a case with no arrest, in this regard.
