KARACHI - Pakistan Medical Association on Monday held a condolence meeting for Rafique Jalbani. 

Jalbani, who worked with MidLand Doctors Association-United Kingdom and PMA’s project, Nur Goth as a project manager for a few months, was murdered by unidentified people.

The meeting offered heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family, and called for a thorough inquiry to penalize his killers.

The meeting held at PMA House here was presided by Prof S Tipu Sultan, former president of PMA Centre.

The 100-house Nur Goth, with a school, community center, vocational training centre, a dispensary and a playground therein, was built by MDA-UK and PMA for flood hit people in Sindh.

Prominent among at the meeting were Dr Mirza Ali Azhar and others.
