Pakistani boxer Muhammad Waseem has won his international ranking fight in Panama claiming his seventh straight win and holding his number 1 slot in the ranking, reported Waqt News.
According to details, Waseem knocked out his opponent in third round. He was won Silver title of World Boxing Council (WBC) twice before.
On July 7th, he knocked out Alvarez and claimed his sixth win.
The Pakistani boxer is training in Panama since June for this fight.
After the fight, while talking to media, Muhammad Waseem stated that he trained for this fight and won it rather easily. He thanked his parents, Pakistani people and Coach Muhammad Tariq for this victory.
"My next fight for ranking will be in Columbia, he said.
"After Columbia victory my next target will be WBC Golden title," he said.
