Training imperative to exploit human abilities

FAISALABAD - Training is imperative to exploit the dormant human stings and the Fesco employees should fully exploit their practical experience and skills to facilitate the electricity consumers, said Fesco Director General (Human Resources and Admn) Mian Muhammad Shahzad Raza. He was speaking at a certificates-awarding ceremony at Fesco Regional Training Centre here the other day. Shahzad Raza said that the of people today were living in a competitive world and corporate entities like Fesco should invest heartily in its human resources enabling it to yield best results to the company in addition to serving the clients. He said that satisfied consumer is the hallmark of the operational capabilities of the Fesco and efforts should be fully concentrated on providing maximum facilities to the consumers. Underlining the importance of Rizq-e-Hilal, he said that Islam as a divine religion, educate its followers to work hard and serve the masses up to the core of their hearts. He said that we must follow the divine laws to earn blessings of Allah Almighty in this and the world here after. Earlier, Deputy Manager Training Ashfaq Warriach also addressed the function and advised the Line Superintendents to work hard with a missionary zeal and commitment. As many as 32 employees participated in the Line Superintendents promotion training course out of which LS Muhammad Naeem stood first while Muhammad Zeeshan Alvi and Abbas Ali grappled second and third position respectively.
