Bench-bar co-op termed a must for justice

HAFIZABAD
Outgoing District and Sessions Judge Mushtaq Ahmad Tarar has declared that mutual coordination between bar and bunch was inevitable for dispensation of justice.
Addressing a farewell reception given in his honour by the DBA Hafizabad, he said that bar and bunch always played their vital role in mitigating the difficulties of the litigants. He said that struggle by the lawyers for the rule of law, protection of the constitution and restoration of judges of the apex courts remained unique. Now it was bounden duty of the judges to guide the litigants for speedy dispensation of justice. He appreciated the DBA Hafizabad for their coordination with him during his stay in Hafizabad, which, he said, will be long remembered.
DCO Mansoor Qadir said that lawyers always played vital role for the dispensation of the justice to the litigants and their struggle for the restoration of judges of apex courts has raised their image. President DBA Abid Fayyaz Tarar and General Secretary Malik Nazakat Ali Phularwan praised the outgoing D & SJ for his cooperation with the bar. Prominent among those who were also present at the function included acting District & Sessions Judge Malik Khizar Hayat Khan, Senior Civil Judge Syed Akleem Raza and large number of members of DBA Hafizabad.
SECURITY: The district police have made foolproof security arrangements for providing protection to the citizens particularly at Sehri, Iftari and Taraveeh timings, DPO Muhammad Zubair Dreshak said here.
While addressing the meeting of members of peace committee, office bearers of traders, religious and political workers he said that Islam teaches us the lesson of tolerance, love, affection and sacrifices and the holy month of Ramazan is blessings of Almighty Allah. He sought the cooperation of all and sundry to cooperate with the law enforcing agencies for maintaining peace and tranquility during the holy month of Ramazan.
