Non-state elements not allowed to impose war: Zardari

President Asif Zardari said no country can win any war without a powerful economy; accordingly, the government is focusing to enhance the economic situation. Addressing at the National Defence University, he said the government is slashing its expenditures; but, the defence expenses cannot be curtailed. President Zardari further said the non-state elements would not be allowed to impose war, as the enemy in its intentions is always unreliable, adding, 'Therefore, we will have to be strong with respect to defence capabilities.
