The event that took place yesterday at PIMS hospital Islamabad was really heart wrenching. The medical staff whose responsibility was to provide relief turned into torture. Whats more agonising is the fact that it took place in the country’s capital and was reported by many foreign news agencies, which adds greater to the countrys bad name. The suspension of the culprit, who was the male nurse in the hospital is not enough. The government should take greater steps so that such events do not take place; be it s hospital or the whole country.
