PPP stands by resignation demand of Nawaz Sharif: Rehman Malik

ISLAMABAD: Former interior minister Rehman Malik Monday said that Pakistan Peoples’ Party is standing by its resignation demand of the Prime Minister.

While talking to the media persons outside Zardari House in the federal capital, Malik said that there would be no compromise over probe of Panama leaks against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s family.

He said that co-chairman of Pakistan Peoples’ Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had demanded premier’s resignation first of all the political parties right after Panama Papers published the leaks. Notable and influential politicians are puzzled due to Bilawal’s strong rallies and party’s support across the country.
