KAMALIA-A meeting of Kamalia Health Council was held under the chair of Assistant Commissioner Hafiz Najeeb at THQ Hospital to review the purchase process of medical equipment for the infirmary here the other day.
The meeting was attended by Chief Officer Rao Shafiqur Rehman, THQ MS Dr Mansha, DDO Health Dr Kashif and other members of the health council.
Kamalia AC Hafiz Najeeb asked the THQ MS Dr Mansha to accelerate the purchase process of ultrasound machine and delivery set apparatus. He directed the MS to ensure the provision of free medicine to patients at the hospital. “Doctors and paramedical staff must perform duty with honesty and dedication,” he urged. Negligence on the part of hospital staff would not be tolerated, he warned. Payments to the data entry operators and the purchase of medicine carts for hospital wards were also approved during the meeting.
