ISLAMABAD - The leaders of Pakistan and Algeria have agreed to exchange views on further enhancing brotherly relations between the two countries.

Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz met the Algerian Foreign Minister Ramtane Lamamra,on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session in New York.

Both sides agree to hold next session of Pak-Algeria Joint Ministerial Commission at an early date.

The two leaders also discussed regional and international situation, with particular reference to conflicts in the Middle East. Bilateral cooperation at the United Nations and UN reforms also came under discussion.
