Relief goods dispatched

LAHORE A microfinance institution that provides business loans to low-income households, Kashf Foundation, will provide relief packages to 10,000 families affected by the recent floods. The relief package includes items such as flour, rice, cooking oil, milk, dates, lentils, sugar, spices, soap, hand fans, and medical relief supplies. These items will be distributed among families in flood affected areas of Charsadda, Nowshera, Muzaff-argarh, and Dera Ghazi Khan. Kashf Foundation Managing Director Roshaneh Zafar stated this while dispatching the first consignment to Charsadda and Nowshera. Kashf Foundation, like many other organisations including media, NGOs and international donor agencies had pledged to provide relief goods to the flood victims as long as those affected require our help and assistance, the MD added.
