LAHORE - Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan has said the PML-N government opposes confrontation with any political party or any province of the country.

“We are pursuing the policy of taking every one along on the national issues. The PML-N government has no threat from PPP, PTI or any other party and it will certainly complete its term of five years,” Sanaullah told the media yesterday.

The minister sounded quite hopeful about the election victory of his party in 2018, saying the opposition party PTI is on the downhill due to its negative policies.

As to the PML-N, he said the landslide victory of his party in the local government elections amply proved the public confidence in the party and their aspiration to see it serving them at the grass root level.

To a question, the law minister said the agencies were collecting information from the persons arrested on the accusations of their links with the terror group ISIS, or Daesh, and in the light action will be taken wherever it would be needful. “No terrorist will be let succeed,” he said while expressing the determination of the government to complete wipe out this menace from the motherland.
