President Asif Ali Zardari Saturday bid farewell to President of UAE Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan who was here on a private visit. The two leaders in a brief meeting here at the airport discussed bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest and ways to further enhance cooperation in all fields. Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, Advisor to Prime Minister on Interior Rehman Malik were present during the meeting. The two leaders expressed unanimity of views on the need to open new avenues for mutual cooperation and partnership in different sectors. Pakistan and UAE enjoy a deep relationship and their leaders frequently interact to further strengthen their wide-ranging relations. President Asif Ali Zardari visited UAE in November last year.
