LAHORE – Ali Garh Club crushed Mughalpura Whites by 10 wickets to clinch the first Anwar Memorial Cricket Tournament title here at Ali Garh cricket ground on Monday.

Mughalpura Whites, batting first, scored 152 runs in the allotted 35 overs. Zain Husnain scored 30 runs and Ameer Saeed 20. Imran Khalid claimed three wickets and Rehan Rauf took two. In reply, Ali Garh Club achieved the target without loss in 20 overs. Imran Nazeer junior played brilliantly and smashed unbeaten 90 runs while Umar Javed remained unbeaten on 60 runs.  Chief guests Aizad Hussain Syed and Malik Sarwar Mehmood distributed prizes among the winners.
